We offer free delivery on orders over £12 in Tamworth & free delivery on orders over £15 in Lichfield & Sutton Coldfield* and We offer delivery with Royal Mail with option of choosing 48 or 24 hour delivery, and will provide you with tracking information once it's on its way. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal at JRB Dog Treats is to ensure that you and your furry companion are fully content with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns and exchanges on unused and unopened products. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
